COOKIE POLICY

Translated for convenience. The French version is the reference text.

Purpose

This Cookie Policy explains how Jouvence Care uses, or may use, cookies and similar technologies on www.jouvencecare.com. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the choices offered in the site's consent manager.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file or identifier that may be stored on or read from a user's device when they visit a site. Similar technologies may, among other things, keep the site working, remember preferences, secure a session, measure certain interactions or, with the required consent, measure advertising campaigns.

Strictly necessary cookies

Certain cookies or trackers are necessary for the operation or security of the site or for providing a service expressly requested. They may be involved in the session, the basket, checkout, security, fraud prevention or remembering privacy preferences. Where they are legally exempt from consent, they may be activated without prior consent.

Meta Pixel — Facebook and Instagram

Jouvence Care plans to use the Meta Pixel as part of its advertising activities on Facebook and Instagram. This tool may make it possible to measure certain interactions with the site, attribute conversions to campaigns, assess their performance and, depending on the features used and the user's choices, help create or optimise advertising audiences. In territories where prior consent is required, the Meta Pixel must not be triggered before the user has expressly accepted the cookies or marketing technologies concerned. Refusing marketing cookies must not prevent access to the essential features of the site.

Data that may be associated with the Pixel

Depending on the technical configuration chosen, the Meta Pixel may process technical or event information relating to browsing and interactions with the site. The configuration must be limited to the purposes genuinely necessary for Jouvence Care's campaigns and must respect the choices expressed by the user. Jouvence Care must not deliberately configure marketing events so as to send Meta health data, medical records, detailed medical answers or other special categories of data collected in the context of any relationship with a professional.

Other analytics or advertising tools

As at the date of this version, no other advertising pixel is confirmed as active. Google Analytics, the TikTok Pixel or any other tool must not be presented as actually in use until it has been installed and validated. This policy will be updated if new tools are deployed.

Social networks

Jouvence Care may offer links to its accounts or content on social networks, in particular Instagram. A simple external link does not necessarily involve a cookie being set by the social network. Third-party modules or content liable to set trackers subject to consent must, where required, remain disabled before the user makes a choice.

Banner and consent management

Where trackers subject to consent are used, the banner must allow a clear choice between:

Accept all — Reject all — Customise. Optional categories must not be pre-ticked. Refusing must be as easy as accepting.

Withdrawing or changing consent

Users must be able to change their choices or withdraw consent at any time, in particular through a permanent “Manage cookies” or “Cookie preferences” link accessible from the site footer.

Retention

Cookies and other trackers are kept only for a period appropriate to their purpose and to applicable requirements. The consent manager must, where relevant, identify the technologies used, their provider, their purpose and their duration. Consent choices must also be renewed in line with applicable requirements.

Hosting and providers

The site is hosted by Vercel. Using the Meta Pixel also involves Meta in the processing of certain information related to advertising technologies. The processing of personal data is described more fully in the Jouvence Care Privacy Policy.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process information from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, transfers must rely, where necessary, on the mechanisms and safeguards provided for by applicable regulations.

Updates

Jouvence Care may amend this Policy if the technologies used, the advertising campaigns, the providers or the regulations change. Any future installation of a new pixel or measurement tool requiring additional information must be reflected in the consent manager and, where relevant, in this Policy.
